Mini study guide for lucid dreaming, just like what I used on my finals

So pretty much, it isn't official but I used a study guide, or notecard to help me out in my studies. I was wondering if I were to put the definitions of lucid dream with all the somewhat known definitions of it, lucid dreaming, false awakening, mantras into that card or note to repeat and memorize, that it would effect me to have a lucid dream? I am just wondering?

Different methods work for different people. If this seems to work for you, then by all means go for it. Just make sure to refrain from mindlessly memorizing definitions like one might do for a test, because the act of lucid dreaming is a very mindful process, where awareness is stressed.
