are there any Sublimanal Messaging types for lucid dreaming out there? Do you know were I could get them?

Yes, there are plenty out there. I don't have any websites to post off hand, but I can find a bunch for you easily if that's what you really want.

But first I hope you'll consider that professional subliminal audio programs have yet to be proven effective for making behavioral changes.

You'll probably have much better luck by simply recording some affirmations of your own onto a tape or CD and playing it at very low volume while you watch TV, read a book or other things.

Home-made affirmation tapes/subliminals are certainly cheaper and most likely more effective than anything you can buy from a stranger.

there are also sites that have sublminial messages for your eyes or something that stimulates lucid dreams around. I used to have the site but not anymore

There is one for eyes, that flashes some texts on the screen, which you can write yourself. Google 'subliminal messages' to find it, I dont have the link anymore.
