      Using Music

      Hey guys,
      This post is just for some unique tactics that you guys have used as far as music.

      I have been slowly getting the hang of WILDs, and I find that I have the most success when listening to a song on my iPhone. This, for me, has two main advantages:

      1: Because of the length of time WILDs take, the song becomes "boring" and won't keep you excited/alert.

      2: Because it's been playing for so long, you know what happens next without any thinking. This is a great way to find the amount of conscious alertness without falling asleep or being too awake.


      Anyways just saying I found this worked wonders for me,
      Any of you guys tried similar things?

      Another interesting technique using music is to imagine an ice skater performing to the music. Or imagine yourself jogging to the beat of the music.
