Easy Lucids!

I just tried out listening to a lucid mp3 last night and for the first time in a few months i actually did a reality check in my dream. This is pretty amazing progress considering i never really do reality checks in dreams. What i did is listened to the LucidRemix mp3 thats actually posted on the lucid aids audio aid section. If you have good headphones (preferably not earbuds because they will fall out) then go ahead and listen to it while you sleep for i belive it will give you very good results.

ps: i listen to mine now only for when im actually in a rem cycle (wake up at 5, listen to the music and sleep/dream til 7)

can't find that mp3, did a search for it on Filestube and it says it was removed
