I just thought.. If you write down, on a piece of paper.. "I will have a lucid dream" 50 or 100 times. Could this induce an LD?.. Imma try it..

This is simply a form of auto suggestion like a mantra. So it wouldn't be a WILD in either sense of the term. It would be a MILD.
I think he meant the "W" in the acronym should stand for "Writing."
Heh, exactly Mzzkc. But thanks for helping me categorize it, Zebrah. I couldn't figure out what it actually fell under..
I suppose not, as long as you get it to your mind, i'm gonna write though. You know muscle memory and all that.
I might try this tonight as well, if I remember to. I am also going to try a variety of other methods. I want a Lucid Dream again, I haven't had a single good lucid dream since I started back up again a few weeks back.
Writing it down... probably not. Visualizing the words, more likely as our imagination and our dreams occur in the same place in our big brains. :shadewink:
Well, I tried it with no results...
Writing it is far more effective than saying it. 100 times a day should be the minimum. For some people it only takes a few days to work, for others it can take upto several months. A friend I know wrote his affirmation 300 times per day and it took one month to see results.
It really depends whether writing things works for you. I have a friend who studies by writing each line out 10x and that works for her. In my case, this simply doesn't work because I'm too focussed on the writing and not what it actually means. So doing it mentally works better for me. If you prefer physical rather than mental activities, then this is probably for you!
You'll just have to try it out and see for yourself :)
