      Dream Appreciation Month! (A Group!)

So I had this idea if I appreciated dreaming more, I would remember more dreams and have more chances to become lucid. I thought I would make it into a personal month long challenge. Every night I will go to sleep happy and excited that I'm going to lucid dream. Every morning I'll wake up grateful for what ever dream I had. And for the entire month, I'll journal all of my dreams even if they are tiny and dumb, because, its my dream appreciation month!

      Thoughts ideas?

I might make a drawing for each dream too, that sounds fun.

Feel free to use this thread as a blog if you want to start your own dream appreciation month. Set a starting date and report back with your progress!

That sounds like a good idea. I already know for a fact that lucid dream frequency increases with motivation, so this could help people out.

Sounds interesting. I know when I don't say my mantra while falling asleep I usually will not remember my dreams. These two phrases made me become lucid and actually made me start remembering my dreams, from 0 to around 2-8 a night. "I will remember my dreams" "I will have a lucid dream"

That is my motivation. It has worked countless times. It amazes me that all i needed to do to dream was tell myself I will remember my dreams. Willpower is incredible.

Your idea sounds like it will enforce your LDs, I believe it will help you.

      Cool thread!
I love the idea, and I will draw some pictures of my dreams for it aswell. It seems valid that if you appreciate your dreams more, you will remember them more and have some extra LD's. I have trouble remembering my dreams when I take a nap, so this should help.

      Wink

Since I posted the one above, I was drawing what I felt like when someone told me "Your life will get better as you get older." In the dream I had when I took a nap, earliar. It know it sucks! I was bored. Just for fun. Here it is:

Btw: I am honored to be the first to post a dream pic in this thread

      Just for fun :)

I colored her hair so you could see the difference between that and his body in the backround.
Another way I show I appreciate my dreams ♥
