Hello! I really want to try a WBTB tonight. I tried 2 weeks ago and it went well, but it wasn't an LD. What I did was woke up 4 hours after I went to bed and did a little lucid dreaming research and such. I got my whole mind on getting lucid. I had a really long, vivid dream but didn't get lucid. *sighs*
I want to try tonight and maybe use a different technique. Thanks for any help!
I'd say just go for MILD. You can try and WILD if you want, but its frustrating at time when you wake up in the middle of the night and try and wild and nothing happens. But sometimes a failed WILD turns into a dild.
Upto two thirds of people have success within two days of learning these techniques combined with WBTB. That is a phenomenal statistic. I was in the other third and had a lucid dream on the third day (-: Check out my thread on having an instant WILD in the WILD subforum.
