Help!
When I try to WILD through WBTB, as I finally get into sleep paralysis I feel these unpleasant sensations. They're not any typical SP sensations and sometimes they carry on into the lucid dreams. I don't know how to get rid of them and they are ruining my attempts of LDing!:(
To give you an idea of what they feel like - I get them regardless of which position I lie in - sometimes it feels like I'm being stood on with a high heels, sometimes it feels like I'm being compressed very tightly in a container, and the most common feels like my spine is being sawed!! They are painful and I wanna get rid of them asap! Any ideas???
(thanks in advance)

Hey BlueWalls, just so you know your thread has been moved from the Help forum to the Attaining Lucidity forum. The Help forum is for people who need general help in their personal lives; please use the lucid dreaming forums for questions about lucid dreaming, you will get many more responses that way; in particular questions about becoming lucid go in the Attaining Lucidity forum.
