Another Failed WILD attempt

I just tried to try an WILD for the 5th time this month. I think I got close to a LD though. I was home alone and I was board so I decided to try a WILD. I tried with the music to relax me then I stopped the music and tried it without nothing. A short while later I hear footsteps outside my door. I said to myself "It's okay I getting close to a LD." Then the footsteps came into my room and I just couldn't take it. I moved and looked up and nobody was there. I was scared because I was home alone and I didn't know if there actually was somebody in my house. BTW I'm thirteen and somebody tried to kidnap me when I was only 9 so I'm still scared of that stuff.
