MultiVitamins and Dream Recall

Ok so I have had a bad dry spell lately. My last LD (which was a really good one) was on 01.08.11. Since this time I have significantly changed some of my habits. 1) I have not had any alcohol for the entire month and 2) I have stopped taking my multivitamin. Since I have stopped these I had had little to no dream recall and I am blaming my lack of LD's on this fact. I think that it has more to do with the multivitamin and not the alcohol because I stopped drinking at the beginning of the month and had a very good LD on the 8th.

Can anyone confirm this?

P.S. Today I started taking my MV's agian!

Interesting.Let me tell you something else that happened to me.For about a week I was spending every afternoon inside playing videogames with no sunlight entering the room and I had a pretty bad dream recall and no lucidity :P .Then I decided to get some sunlight and my dreams are much better now.It has to do with serotonin being produced when getting exposed to sunlight.Something similar must be happening with multivitamins.

Wow, thats crazy but at the same time makes sense. Need to escape my stress ridden environment I guess. :D
