I need some tips really bad!
for setting an alarm in the night, and NOT MOVING or opening eyes and preforming a WILD like this.
Either the alarm wakes me up too much or it doesn't wake me up enough.
Also, should I do this with headphones or not?

oh I am using the 12,24 alarm app for my ITouch that turns off after 5 seconds. Are there any other apps such as this

Well if this is such a problem, perhaps you should try just standard WILD's. Still use the same alarm clock but don't be afraid to move a bit. Get into a comfortable position and as long as it's late enough into sleep (5 or 6 hours preferably), you should be in sleep paralysis in no time. Work your way to DEILD. My suggestion. Just wake up, try not to move, focus on lucidity, then start vividly imagining a beautiful dream scene and stay with it until in materializes around you. Good luck!
