spinning out before sleep

Ok.. i took alot of B6 last night. This sorta thing has happened before, but this was the furthest i've felt it.

Basically, i'm falling asleep, and all of a sudden I start to think of my body as spinning.. and i succeed in gettin REAL dizzy, and eventually.. it feels as if i fall through the bed and continue to spin faster and faster.. i open my eyes then and this dizzness fades in a second or two.

I think if i were to keep up the spinning i might puke.. because it goes faster and faster. I was wondering though, is this related to OBE at all? Or is my mind just playin some tricks on me.

(btw.. i like the new site redesign, very professional looking)

I believe that OBE is also just your mind playing some tricks on you.

Even if OBEs existed, It sounds like your experience was more likely an effect of the B6.

Well, i've had it happen before while not on B6, but it only seemed to intensify it. The creepy part was though... I felt if I just let myself go and didn't open my eyes.. I would slip out of the current reality I was in.. it was a really strange feeling.

Man, when this happens to me I often wake up with a shock going through my body. It feels like a millisecond cramp :P

I don't remember now.. it was probably something like 370mg...

I often get something similar to that sensation if I take a moment and really relax before going to sleep. It feels like I'm just falling through space, the difference being that I'm just spinning at a steady rate, nothing that really makes me feel sick. Could be because of the B12 you got that part.

When I WILD, and start sleep para, i can sometimes make it feel like my body is staying in place lying down, but some other part of me (my spirit?) kinda lifts out like in the movies and i feel wieghtless. I try to keep going but before im completely severed from my body its like i get sucked back in.

is that the start of a OBE? It feels really good I think... :mrgreen:

ive had that exact same experience before. more than once.

It was when i was just a starter and still had alot to learn about lding. this night i tried it, i truly believed and wanted one with all of my heart...i was there in the dark and began to feel like my center of gravity was my head, and i started spinning and moving around some "space" getting faster and faster, it got so fast that i was going to be sick and got a headache, even if i wanted to carry on i probably wouldve been sick, and i dont get sick from spinning sensations. so this was weird.

other times it hasnt been so severe. just fun.

ok, a couple of things. first off, if you can't remember how much of a vitamin you took, you aren't taking them properly. all you are doing is downing shit which you've heard helps with lucidity. you have to be more careful.

and second, i think 370 mg is way too much. i take a multivitamin that contains 300% the daily value of b6, and that's 6 mg.
