Lock please

Just yesterday I was browsing the forums and I'm almost certain I saw a thread in this section with the link to a video that was supposed to to trigger lucid dreams. It had a fair number of replies and seemed promising but I can't find it. I've tried searching for it in a couple section and using the search bar but I've had no success. Anyone mind linking me to the thread?

I realize it's probably somewhere in plain sight and I'm incredibly stupid for not finding it my myself, no need to point out my shortcomings.
