Need help/adivice with WILD Lucid Dreams

I have been practicing WILD lucid dreams for about 3 weeks now. Ive tried everything.
Ive looked at the tutorials on this site (which are very in depth and one of the best ive seen) and i have tried many times. Ive attempted doing WILDs as i go to sleep, after 5 hours of sleep,in the morning, and naps. Im not mad or anything but the idea and concept of lucid dreaming seems like an amazing exprience. If you have any advice that will get me lucid in the next couple of days i would be very grateful. :)


P.S The farthest ive gone in a WILD was hallusinations and memory flashbacks (i think thats what its called)

Best advice that I got while trying to WILD is just not to try too hard, dont want it to happen to much. When you go to attempt just know that the first step is to fall asleep and second is to stay conscious.

When you WILD don't think about it just lay back and relax. If your specifically looking for HI, SP and other thing, you can't fall asleep and because you can't fall asleep, you can't WILD.

I learned to WILD with a modified WBTB. I would wake up sometime in the morning about 5-7hrs after I fell asleep. I would wake up, recall any dreams I had and go through them in my head, use the restroom, and get a drink of water. I'd stay awake for about 20-30minutes total. Then I'd set an alarm for an hour later and go back to sleep. Then when the alarm wakes me up I would try to WILD. This way my mind would be awake enough to stay aware, but I would also be tired enough to fall back asleep quickly. Mzzkc's guide is my favorite post on WILDing, dunno if you have read it or not.

The human brain, when aroused during REM dreaming, can and will attempt to complete the dream if one goes immediately back to sleep while visualizing (imagining) the dream's remains. This has been proven in sleep research (i.e. The Human Givens). Try that simple technique if awakened during a dream. :sleepmeditate2: Lucid dreaming can be enhanced with a simple understanding of the processes of sleep and dreaming.
