Well First night is over and many things I found out. I woke up an hour late that first thing so that was not good. Then I think i had to much caffenie so I layed there for 1 and half with nothing happening. And also to add the sun came up soon after i strated so it was too bright in my room and my house makes alot of noise so Im gonna start using th little ear plugs. Tonight should be a huge improvement......
Okay so i went to bed at 11:30 and got up at 4:30... 5 hours of sleep. I got up and stayed up for about half hour. Then I went to lay back down and while I layed there on my back for over an hour. But the only thing that happend was my body from neck down went numb sorta. But it wasent sleep paralysis. I couldnt fall asleep. So i gave up and rolled on my side. And then I feel asleep with no problem. unconsious of course. Anyone have any ideas on how i could go from the relaxation stage to the next?
The same thing happens to me. Nothing happens no HI or SP. Someone help us!
I would suggest trying Self-Hypnosis, meditation or something to give you practice at relaxing without falling asleep. It gives you practice, and you can do it fairly often without totally screwing up your sleep cycle.Quote:

Also you need to find a good mix of sleeping time beforehand, and waking time in between (not to mention caffine intake). Try and figure out how much of each you need.
And don't try it too often - you might get tired, cranky or just discouraged. Either way, if you find that its just not working and you are getting frustrated, wait a few days before starting again.
