Time of napping
Hey,
I´m making this kind of a lucidity-schedule that I´ll follow daily, it includes when I´ll go to bed and how long will I stay up for WBTB and stuff like that. I bumped into this problem. You see, normally I get absolutely super tired at around 6pm, expecially if I haven´t had enough sleep. I´d like to WILD daily at that time. But I get up at 7am, so I´ve been awake for 11 hours. I´m wondering, does my body even go straight to REM after so many hours? If anyone could link me some info, or share their own experience on this, it would be much appreciated.

I have lots of experience using the WILD technique as for me, it is much easier than MILD, I don't know why guess it's just the im wired lol. Anyway I've always found that napping works best when doing a WILD attempt. It seems as though the time it takes for my body to enter sleep paralysis is much shorter no matter when I start napping ( usually in the afternoon) . I get what you're saying but as you have been awake for a long time you would think that the time it takes to enter REM would be almost same as going to sleep at night which I think is about 90 min. I don't know why napping and allows you to enter REM much quicker but hey so long as it's working for us I'm not complaining lol.
