I need help on becomeing lucid while dreaming. I was only able to lucid dream once. After that, I'm not able to. I keep looking up stuff on lucid dreaming but none of it works. I've been trying to lucid dream again for months. Can anybody help me? PLZ 'N' THNKZ!!!!!:rockon::banana:
Welcome to my boat, I've been trying for 1 month now and i've only gotten semi lucids....... It's annoying :P
Maybe we should start a 3 member group called "Chasing lucidity" and exchange techniques...what do both of you think?
Try to WILD then you won't have to rely on the chance that pu do an RC in a dream
Make it a 4 member group!

The easiest technique I have found is by combining visualization with a WILD or even a MILD technique. No one technique works for everyone. The best thing anyone can do is to research the stages of sleep and the accompanying brainwave patterns. Good luck! :sleepmeditate2:
Just keep up a steady stream of WBTB/MILD attempts, and you will be lucid again. Whatever you do, don't let yourself get frustrated or stressed. Every night holds new possibilities :)
