Things you lose lucidity to.
I just had three lucid dreams in one night:panic:, that's a great achievement considering I've only had 3 lucid dreams lasting about 3-4 seconds each. These three new LD's lasted around..... maybe 1-2 minutes each. Now that I have a better understanding of LD's and Me in one. I can say I lose lucidity to Darkness ( closing eyes, Dark areas ) often the dream will turn into darkness, and at that point rubbing hands/spinning is useless. Strong emotions ( excitement, fear ) I also noticed that I have to be reminding myself that I'm dreaming every 1-2 seconds or risk loosing the light/lucidity. So, what about you?
