Question about WILD and SP

Last night i attempted WILD and encountered 6 SP in a row. interestingly during the first SP i heard a rap song that was soo good and i had never heard it before. and then second attempt some good songs i could hear on radio but i knew i was in SP the whole time, then third time my mum came out walking but as i had a visualof my room and could see was middle olf night so i knew i was in SP. is there a explination for this?

anyway getting to the point how to you enter a LD from SP. whenever im in a SP for some reason i think something bad is about to happen if i dont wake up so i wake my self up, althought i think once or twice it was about to turn into a dream as i started getting immages of diffrent people but then i woke up.

so you just imagine or visualise where you inted to spawn in a dream?

i think the correct term im refering to is hypnagogic.

For the first tries, I think you need to wait until the dream completely forms in front of you. From there, you should be able to change the dream at wish with proper control.

well after hours of attempting it did lead to a long vivid dream, but i had no control in the dream.

i want to know a way so as soon as i enter SP i can go to LD. from what it appears like i should just visualise a dreamescape and remain calm. as i got to the 3-4 sleep paralysis it actually for the first time wasnt frightning and actually quite relaxing for first time, but as iv had frightening ones in the past my reflex reaction is to be scared and wake up.

just wondering if there are any experts in that field of going from SP to LD to here some useful tips.
