what do you guy think is the best sleep position to have a lucid dream. Ive noticed that when i sleep on my stomach, i get to sleep really quickly but i NEVER remember my dreams. When i sleep on my back its harder to sleep but i usually remember my dreams better. what do you guys think? what works for you? :?
I'd say on your back because you can WILD that way, but it's very uncomfortable if you're not used to it!
The supine position (on your back) is known as the best position to lucid dream in. I think LaBerge talks about it a little bit in his book. If it's uncomfortable for you, try lying slightly on your side with a pillow tucked into your back for support. After a few nights I'm sure you'll get used to the new position - and probably prefer it. Especially if you see results in your dreaming. :) Good luck!
