Different way to CAT?
I was thinking about the CAT WILD technique when I thought, "I already have a regular sleep schedule, and spring break is coming up. If I woke up 90 minutes later than I usually do, would the technique still work?"
So the new technique would be to skip the week of waking up 90 minutes early and just wake up 90 minutes later than usual.
Would this work at all or do I need the week of waking up early?
