Pineal Gland Stimulation Technique
i heard that stimulation of the Pineal Gland aids in lucid dreaming. I also heard that the Pineal Gland is called the third eye. Sooooo what if you closed your eyes and tried to open them with your third eye. When i did this I felt like a indescribable feeling in the center of my forehead so I thought I'd share it. In case you're wondering, here's what I did.
1) Have a distraction free environment kinda like meditation.
2) Close your eyes
* maybe put yourself in a meditation position
3) Pretend that at the center of your forehead there is an EYE. Now try to open the eye.
4) I opened up my eye to exactly (or almost exactly) what setting I was in. Try to move your eye and see your surroundings
*if there are none then whatever :D
5) Do this until you feel something at the center of your forehead.
* continue even when you feel it.
When you feel like finishing, open your real eyes.
I think this can make a good WBTB/WILD technique as well.
