I have occasionally tried WILD lately. Does anyone else find it hard to keep track of time? When I tried it yesterday I thought about half an hour had passed, but it was actually close to two hours. I was conscious the whole time, as far as I know. Can anyone explain how time can pass so fast, when you're basically just lying in bed waiting for something to happen?
I think you're giving yourself the illusion of time passing very quickly because you're expecting something to happen. I mean it's like they say 'time flies when you're having fun' lol
Well, I was pretty close to being successful a couple of times there, so I guess you could say I had fun :-) I heard music and experienced some pretty intense HI. The problem is the mind chattering away: "oh, something is happening now". I find it very hard to just let myself drift away.

everytime i try WILD i get bored and fall sleep, iv done it once. ganna keep trying as its the easiest way and gurantee LD if you get good at it.
It would have been great to master the art of WILD and be able to induce LD's at will. I have been so close a couple of times, but I'm sabotaging myself with all the mind chatter. Will keep trying.
