Does this method work?
I saw this while browsing a forum. Does it really work? Are there repercussions? It says you'll notice sleep paralysis. I'm kind of nervous to try it. Any suggestions?
1) Lay in bed perfectly still
2) Do not give in to urges such as itching, changing positions. These are signals sent by the brain to determine if you are ready to sleep.
3) Your body will feel numb. This is sleep paralysis. Don't open your eyes, as this might generate hallucinations.
4) You should be fully aware that you are dreaming. Spin around to stop your mind from waking you up.
^Re-Typed by me since i can't post jpegs.
Thoughts on this method?
Thanks

Yes, this is possible. This the the WILD method, which I currently use quite a bit.
Although, I do not notice any numbness or sleep paralysis. I just eventually start dreaming.
It's great when it works. But it's not always easy.
