Did I just LD?
I don't know if this is purely coincidence, but it seemed memorable and in control.
I went everywhere, from the Seattle Space Needle to the Colbert Report (yes, weird, right?) The dream still seemed to make itself up a lot of the time, but I felt in control. I knew it was lucid, too. Whenever I thought about it, everything seemed to get brighter and wade to white, which I responded to by spinning around and rubbing my hands together. Everything was fine after that.
Was this a Lucid dream? I'm not really sure, since this is the first one that I have ever really been in control of. The things in wanted to dream about never really popped in my head, but I would imagine something in the dream and it would happen. Fun experience :D

Well if you know you're dreaming then yes it's a lucid dream.
The dreams do make themselves up since it's hard to control everything. It's like your mind filling in the blanks :) But it keeps things interesting for you.
Your LDs will vary on clarity, but they're all pretty awesome. I hope you get more soon! :P

Congrats... it was a lucid dream. LDs come in different intensities. Your next one might blow your mind! :shadewink:

Congrats on your first LD!!
Just because you don't have control doesn't mean you weren't lucid. If i'm correct full control takes a lot of experience. But yes you were lucid :D
