WBTB failure
I've been trying to achieve lucidity with wbtb but with no succes. tonight i woke after 7 hours of sleep (i sleep 9) stayed 30 mins because if i stay longer i feel i cant sleep. I didn't dream at all... i think it was because i was hungry. well could i get some tips and what do you do while attempting WBTB?

See WBTB as something that will work for SURE. It's a great technique which increases the chances to get lucid like 20 times. When you're up, make sure you don't think about anything else than Lucid Dreaming and what you will do when you go back to bed. Visualize yourself flying in previous dreams, or dreams to come. KNOW you will get lucid when you go back to bed, and doing mantras just before you're about to fall asleep will help.
If you do WBTB correctly, and not too often, it's almost a guarantee to get lucid.
Oh btw, don't do it 7 hours after sleep. Our sleeping cycles vary from 90-100 ish minutes. If you do it after 7 hours, you might not be in REM. Do it after 6.
Good luck!

ok. i understand that REM sleep in the morning happens more often or is it still 90 mins?

The entire sleeping cycle is 90 minutes, during the morning the cycle consists mostly of REM, I'm not sure how much REM it is after 7 though.
