Subliminal Videos?

Hey guys

So, I found two videos that are supposed to give you lucid dreams. Here's the link:Lucid Dreaming Subliminal Video
I tried it last night with no sucess, but that's probably because I watched the second video and went to sleep about a hour later

. I'm trying it again tonight (I'll update in tomorrow about that) the instructions said to try it over a week. Please some people try it. I want to know how effective this is

. If it is effective, maybe people in my school who say it's impossible or it's to hard can use this

. Also one question, what's shared dreaming? Is it like when your in the same dream with someone else? A lot of people kept talking about it on the forums, but I don't know what it is.

I have been using the video for awhile, the first time i used it i got a lucid. Although it may have been by chance, i use it a lot and haven't really seen any change in lucids. I get them once or twice a week.

I've been using this video too, no lucids, but I think that has more to do with stress in my life. Can't wait to hear some progress with it though. It's a cool video. I like the part about rubbing your hands together and saying I am lucid, the world is vivid. Almost got lucid by picturing this, but I woke up.

Didn't work today. In fact, I think my dream recall went down.................. Still, that's probably because I watched the first video, than watched Pawn Stars for an hour. Oh well, I'll try again today.

Last Night Before i went to bed, i tried the video out. Then slept for 6 hours, got up , drank some water, and slept again listening to an mp3 that would help you become lucid (the mantra mp3 from Mind Voyages, it says "Then next time i ll be dreaming i ll know i'm dreaming and stuff like that).
Then, i had a really vivid dream, and then i had LUCID DREAM. I dont know if it was the WBTB or the mp3 , or the video i watched before going to bed. But it might have helped. Gonna try the video for a week and will be back for more info !

That video works!!!! I have 8 induced about 6 LD's with about 80% rate.... it working for me

Il try these with you guys. I used a sub messages song on my phone while in bed myself, and my dream recall went down too... this vid has had some success though.. cant wait to try it!
