Think about what you want to see, and just put it in the back of your head. I hear that works. |

Hey i have been trying to wake up 5-6 hours after sleep and try the WILD technique. First I get up go to the bathroom and stretch then go back to sleep staying still and sometimes i start to feel intense energy and vibrations around my body but mostly around my head. I stay very calm and wait for something to appear but this goes on for about 10 seconds and i just end up waking up. any advice?? Thanks |

This is very common, and is a good sign that you are extremely close to a lucid dream. Don't give up after you feel this wave of vibrations. I get this almost every time I WILD. It normally takes two or three waves of these vibrations before I can fully enter a dream. I will bounce in and out a few times before I feel I am deep enough to transition. Just keep doing what you are doing, even if you feel like it has ended and you are totally awake. You're not! You won't miss your chance. Just wait it out and ride the next wave into a dream. |

I am so jealous you guy talk about your 'vibrations' like its so commonplace. IM SO ENVIOUS you guys can do this at all. |
