Or should I try a technique to induce a lucid dream? I haven't had a lucid dream yet and I've been trying for a few months.
For about 2 weeks(until now) I have been just forgetting about lucid dreaming because I didn't want to stress myself out. Now I'm back into it since spring break just started and I'm out of school for a week:)
Also, my recall is decent.
So should I let my first come naturally or use a technique? Thanks:)
