None-awakening technique?
I am not the kind of guy who normally handles to wake up after 6 hours, then stay up for a while then go back to bed again, especially not at regular days when I have school and all other stuff. Until now, after about a week of practise, not that I've done too much, just done a few reality checks while going through doors, and tried a visualization technique once, I have managed to attain one lucid dream.
Are there any methods, which I can use, before I go to sleep at nights, which may give me lucid dreams, without having to wake up early in the morning?

I suggest that when you go to bed count.. "one, i'm dreaming. Two i'm dreaming" and so on, till you fall to sleep, you might wake in you dream still counting, it might get you to lucid dream without waking up, it is alot harder to realize that your dreaming but if you have been practicing it might help you. I do have to agree that waking and going back to sleep is a good technique even to not just lucid dream. hope this helps you :D
