Was I close to a WILD?
Basically, I came home on a Saturday morning from Cross country practice and was so exhausted that almost immediately after I lied down on my bed, dreams and figures and swirlies started forming in my head.
I had gotten up @ around 6:15 A.M., and arrived @ practice around 7:00. For about an hour and a half I was doing lunges (since I have a stress fx in my leg I can't run) and so when I got home, around 8:30-9:00ish I was pretty tired. Then in bed I felt myself drifting between dreams pretty quickly that it almost felt like I hadn't slept at all. It almost felt like i was INCHES away from lucidity, but the dream wasn't clear enough/formed enough for me to claim it as under my control.
So how close was I to a WILD? Or can it even be classified as a possible-WILD?
(Note: I had gone to sleep around 12:00 that night)

I'm confused, you're going to have to clarify a bit. Dreams/figures/swirlies are likely HH/HI, but I can't be sure. When you say drifting between dreams I imagine you had a DEILD, or did you sleep at any point? SP should be a clear indication of nearing a successful WILD (though it is possible to not experience SP).

I'm not greatly experienced with it.But I nearly had it once.
As I was laying on my bed I felt myself start to go numb. From toes and fingers slowly expanding to my torso. When the numbness was near all my senses started to dull.Noises coming down my houses hallways suddenly got very distant and I felt like I was sinking.
I can't say much about any visual images,I was mostly focused on how my body felt.
