Anyone also use the nose-plug RC to test for pressure?

You try to breathe through your nose in waking life - obviously you can't, but that's not the only thing the RC does - it also causes pressure in your sinuses. I've done numerous nose-plug RCs in dreams and besides being able to breathe, I also don't feel any pressure (unlike in reality). This has become another RC almost in itself.

Anyone else consider pressure when performing the RC?

If not, that's something else to think about when you're doing it! :)

I use the nose-plug RC, but I've never thought to test for pressure. It's worked once for me when I've been testing for breathing through it, but being able to do two RCs in the one action is a great idea!

Lefty, thats interesting. You are referring to plugging your nose and breathing out through your nose, I've always inhaled. never thought about doing it the other way.
