Hey everybody. Kind of like a post-poll for you guys. So, what time do you guys use to WBTB? Mine personally is 4 AM. What is it for you? |

Any time I wake up (I inevitably wake up up once or twice everynight), though if I used an alarm I would probably wake up 5 hours~ later (I can't sleep if I stay up too long) |

At the fork in the road I turned left while everyone else turned right..
Depending on the time you go to sleep at night, you want to WBTB a good 6 hours into your nights rest. This gives your body enough time to go through the cycles, as well as giving you a tired-let-me-go-back-to-sleep feeling, so the WBTB is a bit easier. This way you can fall asleep and do your WILD/whatever method, more efficiently and with ease. |

4am has been my wbtb time average lately, it's usually gd for dream recall 99.9% of the time but to actually increase my chances of going lucid, i need to sit up right in a recliner chair with my field of vision facing forward not easy 2 fall asleep but if i do i usuallly Ld or float right out of my chair. namaste. |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation
