What Induction technique?
So, I've tried to have DILD's CANWILD's MILD's and all I can do is this what's it considered? I know it's a form of WILD but what is it exactly?
I wake up after 10 hours of sleep... I've set my alarm or custom alarm for 6 hours before but I NEVER get any results. So I just wake up whenever I normally wake up or feel rested, go to the bathroom get a drink clear my throat and whatever.
I go back to sleep laying on my back and don't think or tell myself anything. I can literally feel my body run through all of the sleep stages it feels like I move between 3 different stages, and this all happens within 30 seconds.
I hardly ever feel SP hit me, I never hallucinate or hear noises. I do get the pressing on the chest feeling sometimes and when it happens I take one last deep full breathe and let it continue.
At this point I use double reverse blinking, or in other words I trick myself into thinking my eyes are open when they are really closed by twitching the muscles in my eyes. And I tell myself that I am about to go into a dream, and that once I see ANYTHING I'm dreaming. I then visualize my room in front of me and it always appears, then from there I just have this feeling that I'm in a dream and it's so obvious. it's like a warm sensation all throughout your body, finally I always do one nose plug to confirm it which has never failed me.
I know it's probably a combination of like 10 things but what is this, in general, considered? It's weird because it's always the same every time and I don't plan it the night before. What's also weird is it could be anywhere from 10-12 hours of prior sleep....?
