Can-wild
So Ive been reading and seeing a lot of posts/topics about this CAN-WILD technique, which uses custom alarms and sounds to wake you up in a sleep state... You will have to do more research if you are un-aware of what this is..
I think Im going to write a program to be used just for this.
It will have customizable times at which the alarm will go off, the length of each alarm, and the ability to choose which sounds/alerts to play.
It will be windows based... So you will need speakers or hearphones...
If anyone has any "songs/Alarms/Mantras" in any audio format, let me know.

Unfortunately I can't use things like this at all, because I sleep in a bedroom with my older brother and he gets angry if any noise is made before he wakes up or has to wake up. But I'd say go for it, I've made stuff on Mac OS X sometimes, just for myself to use.
ShockWave.

Lol, forceez!
Anyway, sounds like a great idea, but my computer goes into sleep mode after a certain time.

There is already a custom alarm program posted that can play custom sounds. It can also play for a certain amount of time you just have to edit the music file to be shorter. Alsooo you can put more than one alarm up at once, so you can have more than one lucid dream a night.
It's called 'Easy MP3 Alarm Clock'

I used that, but its pretty noooooobish...

I think maybe just finding a way to modify an app for the iPod would be a good way to go. Because most people have iPod's, and there isn't a custom alarm clock for them yet. I've found a way to make one similar to the program mentioned for the computer so maybe I could make a tutorial for that.

I usually tie my phone backwards to my right wrist, so that I can turn alarms off with a finger.
I then setup alarms after +5.00, +5.20, +5.40, +6.00, +6.20, +6.40, +7.00, +7.20, +7.40 hours of sleep (and wake up naturally at the 8.00 mark).
This is great for catching REM phases and trying DEILDs, because your mind is extremely accurate and generates awareness bursts seconds before they go off :)

get the app "chronology" (or chronology lite) for ipod/iphone.
