Whsat method?
I've known of lucid dreaming for about 2 weeks, during that time I'hve had two lucid dreams. The first one came after only two or three days, I did daily reality checks etc. After this first one, I sort of gave up on lucid dreaming. Now, yesterday about two weeks after just totally ditching lucid dreaming, I suddenly became lucid while taking an afternoon nap. I just sort of found myself waking up and saying, ah i'm in a dream, so I got this well known gaze which you are getting each time you enter a lucid dream.
My question for you. The first time I had a lucid dream, I imagined my laptop-screen showing the dreamviews.com forum, after 90 minutes I just got the same feeling like I did when I had the 2. one, I got sort of a realization of that I was dreaming, but I didn't dream anything at all first, which I know. My dream recall is very good, and I'm sure that this feeling and this gaze was for sure the first thing I had, I didn't dream anything at first, which many people do and see a dreamsign. Now, are there any techniques which could work well for me based upon this?

Actually being Lucid is the logical left side of your brain being aware that you are in a hypnotic state of perception. Learning to stay there in this awareness is the lucidity. If you can achieve that state of mind be content. You will dream and imagine many different things wile the right side of your brain goes to sleep. Dreaming, flying and even controlling a dream is not being Lucid but the awareness that you are in a state is your lucidity. Wile there you will be able to have better experiences with your dreams as the analytical and dreaming part of you come together in time.
