Lucid Light Method
This method involves using some source of light to remind you to become lucid during the sleeping state.
Step 1 - Get a lamp or one of the following (lava lamp, Plasma lamp, Tornado lamp, black light or dim flashlight)
Step 2 - As you go to bed put the light on the end of your bed or which ever direction you are facing while you fall asleep.
Step 3 - Stare in direction of the light and repeat the following: "The light i see will remind me to lucid dream as i fall asleep"
Outcome - When you enter a dream you will naturally already know you are dreaming for that you will be looking in the direction of the light until you fall asleep, and will be reminded at the start of the dream to stay lucid and should stay lucid for the rest of it.

it can work, but what if you feel uncumfterble and want to change position?

erm....staring at the light? wouldn't you feel kinda irritated and get blinded by it?

Heh, I would get irritated, I have glasses, and sometimes when im starting to go asleep, and there is a light, it will connect with the blurryness and make it lake a friggin foglight lol. :o

I think I can stand the looking at the light thing (lava lamps rock!!!), but I'd freak out everyone else in my house! :P
