LD Count is Down, Need Some Tips
Well, I seem to be in a bit of a rut. Moreso than usual, which is weird 'cause I'm not even in school or working.
Normally, I average a little over twenty lucids a month, which is decent, but nothing spectacular. However, recently, I've been having trouble getting more than 10-12 lucids a month, on average. My recall is shot to all hell, and journaling isn't really helping things too much. Neither are the nightly MILDs, which I've been doing for the past two months or so to try and correct the issue.
At first, I thought it might be related to my sleep schedule, but it's been going on since before my sleep cycles got moved around.
I've even considered taking a break, but the problem isn't really stressing me out, so I don't think that'd help, as I'm still doing things as casually as ever.
Oh and my usual nightly shot of apple juice, orange juice, or v8 hasn't been helping matters either.
So what gives?
Any interesting tips you have would be wonderful. I've gone through pretty much everything option I can think of, but there's got to be something out there I'm missing.
