Possible to get a lucid dream after waking up with sleep paralysis?

I really couldn't come up with a better title... Anyways,

This morning I suddenly woke up from a noise outside and was unable to move, because my body was still paralysed.

I was wondering if it is possible to use this to get into a lucid dream, like you would when you try to WILD.

At first I thought that this would be possible, because when you try to WILD you first get into sleep paralysis.
But on the other hand, when you wake up you just got out of a REM stage.

So is it possible to get into a lucid dream directly after waking up with sleep paralysis?

Are you new? There is a technique that has been mentioned many times that you use this as an opportunity to enter into a lucid dream, next time just close your eyes and transition into a dream.

DEILD, Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream, is what you are talking about.

I like how no one is actually telling you how to do it, just giving you acronyms!

Did you have any audio/ visual hallucinations during your sleep paralysis experience?
