As some of you know, I recently FINALLY had me a lucid dream.. but it wasn't as quite successful. I been up for about 10 hours now and I'm wondering how many hours awake would YOU suggest for me to enter a lucid dream. I read that sleep deprivation is also a key to enter a lucid dream at will but I'm interested in reading other's opinions.

Generally, people are up from 14 to 18 hours a day, anyway. Are you saying you're doing a 10 hour long WBTB? Seems like overkill.
Try a nap. For whatever reason, I find it is best to schedule it around your meal time. Try napping about 2 hours after you eat a meal.
Try not to go to bed toooo tired. I know when I get to that point, I'm snoring even before my head hits the pillow (I don't really snore). This can be counter-productive if you want the last thing on your mind to be lucid dreaming.
Being tired and being relaxed can be two different things. I suggest you look at Nonconformist's post on relaxation techniques
Keep a regular sleep schedule... seriously.
