Lots of people use naps to try WILD. If you've had any success with it so far, or if you think you might want to have a go, then you could try WILD next time you take a nap.
Anyway, naps work in much the same way as WBTB; more or less any DILD-based method could work well with a nap. I suggest trying out HILD (which I've had some success with recently,) or maybe VILD. Experiment with different methods that you like the sound of, and see what works well for you.
