Most of my lucid dreams are from MILD.
Just be confident with the mantras you say, try to read the tutorials and then put your own spin on it.
Thanks for all replies! This is a huge inspiration to hear it! I just want to ask, what is ADA I am new here, so I would be glad for an explanation!
More replies, more replies!!!:-)

ADA means All Day Awareness.
Basically its you being aware of everything around you.
For example, the bending of your knees when you walk. The sound of your feet hiting the ground when you walk. The movement of your eyelids when you opne and close them...it´s all things that you do mechanically, the process is for you to become conscious of those things.
When you eat an apple...smeel it first. But smell with no hurries...feel the texture of the apple skin onf your fingertips.
When you´re talking with someone, gain consciense of the tone of that person´s voice, or the way the person moves the mouth when she/he talks.
Someone is in the kitchen, while you´re in the livingroom...pay attention to the sounds that that person makes while messing with things.
Got the idea?

Hi, and thanks for everyone's replies! ADA seems to be the ultimate technique! But when I'm MILDing do I have to sleep with all those thoughts, or can I just make the visualization and then the mantras, and after that going to sleep, because I have some small problems with sleeping in fast...
Glad for replies!

The key is not to stress or complicate.
A stressfull mind is a blocked one.
See Naiya´s turorial for Mild - - -> http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/naiyas...hnique-119050/
I use a form of MIL to enter non-REM dreams lucid. I use visualization while staying grounded in reality. Mantras do not work effectively for me.
Hi, everybody! Thanks for all replies!
so I shouldnt be concerned about going to sleep with MILD in mind? Because that is stressing, I can see and feel that. I am going to stick with Naiyas MILD technique. Seems to be good!
Wish myself lucid journeys:-) lol

After a while you begin to get used to doing mantras and it no longer becomes something you stress or focus on - simply you something you do and believe in. Personally mantras work brilliantly for me, and I've experimented until I've found mantras which work really well for me.
Experiment with various mantras, and over time you will begin to be able to do them a lot, without the stress, and fall asleep with MILD on your mind :)
When I go to bed, I tend to just let my imagination drift and visualise all sorts of things. Had a false awakening today - I woke up and reached for my dream journal.. to write down the dream I just had. As I was doing so, I realised that I wasnt writing English. Then I actually woke up. Really annoying.
Damn, must have been very annoying! Wish you luck for the next time!
Hear soon

I got decent results from the mild and they would have been much better of my dad wasn't snoring over my flipping earbuds...... :(
At the moment I don't use mantras for actually becoming lucid. I become lucid often, but tend to wake up right away. (and I don't put these in my count.) My mantra atm is "keep dreaming", so maybe I would remember to do stabalization or at least not try to fly right away. It almost worked last night.
