just imagian what it felt like to become lucid then focus on that feeling for 5 min before bed,
this is similar to Silverbullet's key to lucid dreaming but I never thought of focusing.so yesterday I did this 5 times during a day, and then I've had a semi-lucid dream!
I'll keep trying and I'll tell you the results. thanks for the great technique. :D
