From my some what limited knowledge of lucid dreaming, marijuana makes it pretty difficult.

I didn't read very much of that, so don't be surprised if my initial statement is wrong.
Everybody I know seems to think it hurts your ability to lucid dream. Of course, everyone is different. There are supplements and drugs that can help you lucid dream. Check out the lucid aids forum
