Try keeping a dream journal. Writing down your dreams will train your mind to take dreaming more seriously. They were seen as useless before, so you never dreamed. Same for me, I never used to dream, until I started a dream journal, and the first night keeping one I had a dream.

WILD is quite difficult to do if you are new and don't know the feeling of lucid dreaming very well. People say it's unmistakable as a feeling, but that doesn't make it any easier to get to. I suggest trying a different, simpler technique for now, then build yourself up.

Nothing happens for me too.. No itches, signals to move, vibrations or anything.. After some time of sleeping (~40 mins), I suddenly start to hear rushing noises and that's where REM/Sleep Paralysis hits in.. If you don't feel anything, it doesn't mean that you are not succeeding.
