BLAM! Second Lucid Dream but was short

Got my second lucid dream last night. Over the past two nights I have been drinking apple juice just before bed. Since I have done that i have had lots of dreams and very long vivid ones,. Then last night I got a lucid dream. However I realised after a long time that I was dreaming resulting in a short dream. Also I havent been doing too many reality checks at the moment about 5-6 a day. And in my dream I didnt do a reality check I just knew I was dreaming. I am pretty sure the apple juice gave me the lucid dream last night, what do you think?

I wouldn't rely on drinking apple juice, try all day awareness.

Well apple juice might work in it's own way, if not chemical then placebo. But both placebo and the active substance in supplements have their effects diminished if used too often. Try it once or twice a week instead of every day. You can do it without supplements, they shouldn't be used for any other reason than to perhaps jump start your LD rate if you're having a very hard time, or for fun once in a while.

If you think drinking apple juice, or eating cheese or chocolate helps ; then it does. Being positive you will have a lucid dream is part of the process. If you think it works then keep doing it. Good luck to you! :shadewink:

I dont frink apple juice everyday because we ran out hahahahahahahhahahha so i only do it like 3 or 2 times a week anyway. I still do reality checks and everything but I feel the apple juice is a bit of a booster.
