Daytime Lucid Dreaming Overload
I'm working on a new technique, and I want your input for other things I can implement.
I'm trying to have 'Daytime Lucid Dreaming Overload.'
Basically it will be a spin off of a bunch of different techniques, combined, and put in high gear.
I am trying to combine as many standard daytime preparations as possible, to keep my focus on Lucid Dreaming.
Please help build my list...
1. Computer Reminder - Every 15 minutes, 1 minute of full awareness, including visualizations as if I became Lucid
2. Android Reminder - 5 times throughout the day, to perform a reality check (annoying - may stop this)
3. Bright Zip Tie on Motorcycle and Truck - Reminder to keep awareness
4. Binaural Beats for 10 minutes before bed (more so to help get to sleep)
5. 100mg of B-6, and melatonin 1 hour before bed
6. Drink 24-32 ounces of water, one hour before bed
7. Wake through the night for dream journal
8. Night Time Montra for 10 minutes during Binaural Beats
9. ???
