The title kinda says it all. What would be the best time for a WILD, during a regular night sleep, if there is one?
Depends on the night.
Experiment within the boundaries of 4-6 hours after you go to sleep and find out what works best for you. In any case you need to calibrate your approach to how conscious you are when you wake up. If you are REALLY tired after sleeping for, say, 5 hours, then you can stretch a little, reaffirm your intention to WILD and run through how you will do it, drink water, go on this forum, etc. If you are wide awake, then you can do relaxation exercises in your bed and try to get back to sleep. If you are somewhere in the middle, then use your judgement.
Ultimately, you need to keep a journal and log your attempts so you can track what works best for you and how to best adapt to the various levels of wakefulness you feel after different amounts of sleep and what you do as a result.
Keep up posted on your progress. Just make sure you don't try to WILD at the beginning of your night sleep!
