So, i would like to try this method out, but i have a question.
My sleeping schedule is as follows, i wake up at around 7am on mondays to fridays and on the weekends I wake up around 8:45 am. The CAT technique states to wake up 90 minutes before you would normally wake up for a week. Does that mean that i should wake up around 5:30am in the weekdays and 7:15am in the weekends or should i just wake up at 5:30 for the whole week?
Hi there welcome to DV, how long have you been LD'ing for? What makes you want to start this technique?
I have been trying to lucid dream for about a month or so now. I want to start this technique because i want to test it out to see if it works. Is it possible that you answer my concern on CAT posted above?Quote:

Ok well your best bet would be to have a consistent sleep schedule and wake up the same time every day, but see how it goes. Have you tried other techniques like MILD or WBTB?
