I found this interesting and free iPhone app that is intended for pilots and such. App Store - iPowerNap®
It's free and plays an alarm when your fingers disengage the iPhone screen. I thought that might be an interesting app for WILD and FILD . What do you guys think?

I dont get it how will this help WILD?
Well, the biggest problem with WILD is losing consciousness... this will help by playing an audio queue to wake up your mind when your body falls asleep. If you can keep from moving then you will be in the "mind awake, body asleep" state, but not necessarily dreaming. I have evidence that doing this during an afternoon nap or during a WBTB after a few hours of sleep will increase the odds drastically.
Thanks I think I get it now, sounds interesting.. Anyone else had any luck with this? I cant really try it, I dont have much free time for WILDs
